Cookies currently used in this implementation

laravel_session (Essential): used to maintain the user session and core application behavior.

XSRF-TOKEN (Essential): used to protect forms/requests against CSRF attacks.

Consent settings (localStorage, not cookies): `bb_cookie_consent_v1`, `bb_cookie_minimized_v1`, `bb_cookie_detail_open_v1`.

Optional analytics (localStorage, not cookies): key `bb_goal_counts_v1` stores anonymous, aggregate UI events only after acceptance in the banner.

Marketing/3rd-party cookies: not used in the current implementation.

Server consent log: accept/reject choices are stored with timestamp, policy version, and hashed technical identifiers for compliance accountability.
